The centre offers a number of swimming and fitness classes including swim school, pool based fitness classes, spin classes and group fitness classes.

Our fully-equipped Health Club has treadmills, rowers, bikes, cross trainers, cardio theatre, Cybex resistance machines and a free weights area to enable you to reach your goals faster.
