The life and training experiences of VLE Health & Fitness Studio staff are the elements that are use and merged together in the Boutique Studio , to create fantastic training experience's for people.
The professional vibrant facility (just off Victoria Rd, Rozelle) is fitted out with the most up to date training equipment and methods, as well as male and female toilets/showers and change areas, storage area, plenty of on-street parking, friendly knowledgable staff members, and is fully air conditioned.

In addition to the Personal Training Studio and the successful 'Small Group PT' programs offered at VLE, they recently aquired TWO BRAND NEW ROOMS!
Their existing VLE PT Studio as well as the brand new VLE Wellness Studio (where Yoga, Pilates, Kinesiology, Massage, Spiritual Healing & Meditation are offered)...fly under one very special banner to form.....VLE Health & Fitness Studio

Personal Training is proven to be one of the most effective ways in achieving your health and fitness goals, than training alone.

One-on-One sessions with your VLE Health & Fitness Personal Trainer will be intense, focused, fun and keep you highly motivated to get great fitness results.

We provide you a comprehensive fitness program for aerobic, resistance, core and flexibility exercises, and tailor each personal training session specifically to your goals and abilities. Our personal trainers will guide you with your nutrition, exercise programs and advise you on ways to boost your daily activity levels to help you gain long term health and fitness success.

These one hour sessions take place in our boutique personal training studio in Rozelle, Sydney.

Buddy sessions

Buddy sessions with your VLE Health & Fitness Personal Trainer are a great way to get fit with a partner or friend!

As well as being a cost effective way to train, fitness should be fun and working out with a mate can make your sessions a lot more social and motivating. It doesn't matter if you are at different fitness levels or have different goals, we tailor individual programs and help guide you and your buddy to achieve your health and fitness goals. It helps if you can bring your own partner, but contact us to see if we have someone of similar abilities and aims we can match you up with.

Group Sessions

As well as being a cost effective way to train, fitness should be fun and working out with a group can make your sessions a lot more social and motivating. It doesn't matter if you are at different fitness levels or have different goals, we tailor individual programs and help guide you all to achieve your health and fitness goals. It helps if you have your own group, but contact us to see if we have a group of similar abilities and aims we can match you up with.

Not only will you have lots of fun with your friends, you will also find yourself extra motivated to get out there each week.

Jogging Squads

'Energised' is a new exciting jogging squad on the 'Bay Run' starting at Brett Park (Henley Marine Drive), Drummoyne*, where athletes of all fitness levels and abilities are welcome.

Our jogging squad still provides runners with competitive spirits to train for events such as fun runs, half marathons, marathons, corporate races and City 2 Surf, while still allowing for an enjoyable social group run.

Focusing on running techniques such as breathing and general fitness development, we use a wide variety of training methods such as easy running, hills, fartlek training (running sessions with change of pace) and drills.

All Vital Lifestyle Experience Corporate Fitness programs are measured and results are documented and given to your team in a special awards presentation that is designed to celebrate success and personal achievement, and to encourage giving that extra effort.

Vital Combo Corporate Program
Your Corporate Fitness program can include a total body conditioning work out where your team work through:
