The objectives of a Personal Trainer are to;
1. Create a individualised program to get you results in the fastest possible time!
2. Educate you on how your body works and how you can best progress through fitness levels!
Personal Training for Results
A Personal Trainer will create individualized programs that suit you personally.
There are 5 components in our Personalized Programming that get you results fast!
1) Getting Started
Your Trainer will take you through a set of exercises to find out the following things;
What level of athleticism you are based on a scale of One to Ten - for Upper Body and Lower Body.
What your strengths are and what basic exercise moves you perform well.
What your weaknesses are and the exercise moves you struggle to perform.
Any injuries that will need to be worked on in your training.
2) Results based Training Programs
a. Depending on how fast you want results the following results programs are available.
Elite Results - Training 4 Times a Week
Maxi Results - Training 3 Times a Week
Super Results - Training 2 Times a Week
Basic Results - Training Once a Week
b. Safety and continuity of training is a priority at V Club so your trainer will design a program that is progressive and functional in improving fitness, flexibility, strength, endurance and injuries if you have any.
c. Trainers will ensure you experience variety in your training sessions to avoid boredom. Most importantly however your sessions are a combination of some of the following depending on your goals and requirements.
Functional Strength
Body Shaping
Plyometrics
Core Strengthening
Power
Speed
Olympic Lifting
Kettlebell Training
Agility
Coordination
Joint Mobility
Rehab
Prehab
Boxing/Fight Fit
Posture
Flexibility
Core Strengthening
d. At the end of your session your trainer will give you a brief review of what you accomplished and let you know how you are doing in relation to your goals.
3) Food Intake, Vitamins and Supplements
A healthy diet is about eating smarter, not less. It is important to understand some basic nutritional facts that can make a big difference to your results.
The right Vitamins and supplements will help you achieve your goals faster. Vitamins and supplements have a variety of benefits they can help build muscles, lower fatigue, increase energy levels, boost metabolism, aid appetite or prevent injuries.
Your Personal Trainer can advise you on what you can take to improve your wellbeing and help you achieve your goals faster.
4) Monitoring Results
a. Your trainer will record your progress in your own Personal Training Diary.
b. Re-evaluations are carried out frequently to make adjustment to your goals when necessary.
c. Our trainers are always be focused on your individual goals to ensure they are achieved so there is a partnership in the accountability at the end of the day.
5) Motivation
You can trust your trainer to keep you motivated. They are passionate about changing lives through fitness and genuinely want to see your life improve.
