Trainers working at Studio 8 put the “personal†back into your workout. Not only will your trainer devise an exercise programme to suit your individual needs but they will also plan your sessions for a time that is convenient for you.
1. Motivation: Training with someone else is always more motivating then training alone, and with your Studio 8 trainer you have the perfect partner who will make sure you push yourself all the time, optimising your performance and keeping you motivated on the rewards of success.
2. Advice: You will be given expert advice from Studio 8 trainers with over 30 years experience and with this they can teach you the safest, most effective and efficient way to achieve your goals.
3. Knowledge: With your Studio 8 trainer you get exercise specialist fitness professional; someone that is a specialist in their chosen field and has the knowledge to keep you moving towards your success.
4. Variety: Your Studio 8 trainer can show you a 100 different ways to carry out the 1 exercise so this way you are not getting bored doing the same thing week in week out like at a normal gym. By changing your exercise workout, your training program remains fresh, new, challenging and keeps you interested. If you reach a plateau, your personal trainer will redesign your fitness workout to advance you to the next level to continue to achieve maximum benefits for your efforts.

7. Time: Usually belonging to a larger gymnasium means that you have to plan your day around the times of the classes etc, but with a Studio 8 trainer you decide what time is right for you.

Technique: When you are training on your own or with group supervision it is easy to carry out the exercises with poor technique which in turn will hinder your progression, and could easily lead to an injury which most likely could have been prevented. With personal training your Studio 8 trainer is always there to monitor your technique and make corrections when needed.
