Mornings: 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM (Personal Training)
Daytime: as per new timetable beginning April.
Afternoon: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM

About Us
Since 1997, Rock Solid Fitness Equipment has been designing and manufacturing quality heavy duty gymansium / fitness equipment for both the domestic and commercial markets.

A family owned and operated business based in Wollongong, we have provided equipment to a very broad section of fitness communities - from Department of Corrective Services, professional sporting bodies, NSW State schools, to personal trainers, fitness centres and gymnasiums.

With a professional and certified background in boxing, martial arts, fitness instruction and coaching, we are able to provide practical and professional advice to all of our clients, as well as test out and develope equipment that is not readily available in the Australian market.

While gym designing and fitouts, fabricating, developing and retailing fitness equipment is a majority of our business, demand has lead us to open and operate our own Fitness Studio.

We continually source and test many of our products with our clients, as well as offering an extremely broad and diverse training experience. The fitness industry is a very ludacris market.

It is an ongoing process to keep up and compete with the many franchises out there that are now importing a huge majority of their 'own brand' equipment, however we have found a small niche in the market that we provide to all of our clients during our ten years in business - We are a family owned business that manufactures and sells 100% Australian made quality fitness and gym equipment.
