Experience and LocationRegenesis Fitness Edgecliff, has 15 years experience providing fitness programs, personal training and gym memberships to the local residents of Double Bay, Bellevue Hill, Potts Point, Point Piper, Rose Bay, Woollahra, Paddington, Darlinghurst, Kings Cross and Elizabeth Bay.

Initially located in Double Bay, Regenesis Fitness now resides at the corner of Ocean Ave and New South Head Rd, Edgecliff, just across Ocean Ave from the Rail and Bus Station.

Facilities

Bathrooms, shower and locker facilities (BYO padlock) are available as is Cardio Theatre (FM receiver required), including Foxtel and free to air stations.

Recent upgrades include: 40" LCD televisions; a new floor plan with greater stretching and abdominal training areas; free weight squat; and a decline press weight training station. Two spin bikes are now available for a more realistic cycling experience.

A comprehensive range of cardio-vascular and resistance training equipment is supervised by our attentive staff. Feedback and friendly advice is provided during your workout, contributing to a level of service we believe is unique in the fitness industry.
