RISE Personal Training was developed by the husband and wife team of John and Ruthie Fell. It represents a culmination of 30 years combined experience in the health and fitness, pilates and yoga industries, working with hundreds of clients from all walks of life. From corporate executives living the high pressure lifestyle, to overworked (and underappreciated!) mums, juggling the commitments of household and family.
They handle elite level athletes in the fields of triathlon, tennis, rugby union, dance, and marathon, administering post injury rehabilitation and periodising training programs for peak level performance.
With the wealth of knowledge earned through constant study and the hands on experience of such a broad spectrum of health and fitness challenges, came the realisation of a common link to every solution - focused attention applied to expert guidance.

RISE Personal Training is essentially a practical teaching program, in which you discover the physical and mental secrets of lasting health and fitness. RISE Personal Training begins by identifying your biochemical individuality (what makes you, you!) and provides the means to maximise your genetic potential with exercises especially designed for you. Your specific needs are addressed in each of the five focal points of wellness. Power, Shape, Energy, Breath and Presence.
Some traditional exercise and fitness programs adopt the “no pain, no gain†policy. That is, punish yourself now and you’ll get the reward later. Every piece of equipment needed for your training is provided (with the exception of inline skates and bicycles which can be hired). All that is required of you is to wear something comfortable and be ready to make a positive change!
