Squads/Groups
Pulse Performance training squads
By joining any of our training squads you will experience many health and performance benefits. When you engage in group/ squad training you have a built in support system that bestows you with a wealth of encouragement and motivation for continuing with your fitness/training routines. This can be especially helpful for those dreadful days when you just do not feel like exercising. You can return the favor by being a motivator to the others in your training/squad group when they need a friendly nudge to push that little bit extra when the going gets tough.

Another immense benefit is having your progress evaluated by a professional. Your Pulse Performance Coach will be looking at the group's progress, among other factors, to help in evaluating your individual progress.

The group and squad training encompass benefits to both your emotional and physical health. Pulse Performance training squads fosters greater self esteem. Where on your own, you may balk and immediately assume you cannot complete a session. Once you take part in our training squads, you will realize that it is not as impossible as you first imagined.

8 week learn to run 7km course 2009/10

Ever wanted to learn how to run? Or cover 7km without stopping? This running course is a great way to start your running venture. Once you have completed our running course, you will no doubt be a better runner and have the confidence to compete in Fun Runs. We will guide you through the course, teach you the right technique and you will even attend a fun run at the end of our running course.
