PowerNouse is dedicated to helping you find your inner strength and balance through the use of the latest Pilates exercise methods and sports therapy techniques.
The Pilates Exercise Method is for anyone who wants to relieve stress, alleviate common back pain or stretch tense muscles among many other benefits. Our classes are suitable for anyone of almost all ages. Take some time out to relax and enjoy while keeping yourself mentally, physically and spiritually healthy through our wonderful classes and therapies.

What does PowerNouse offer?
The PowerNouse studio is a haven for you to find your inner strength through use of the Pilates Method. Our sessions have been developed with the latest Pilates equipment, as well as a variety of other apparatus used in sports therapies. The studio is a spacious area conveniently located on the Corso at Manly beach with access to buses and ferries only a few minutes walk away. The fully air conditioned studio has separate areas for the mat work classes, studio area, massage rooms and creche.
PowerNouse is open 6 days a week:
* Mon-Thurs : 6.30am-8.30pm
* Friday : 6.30am-4.30pm
* Saturday : 8.30am-1.30pm
