Pilates Insight Studio invites you to join our friendly, spacious and light filled Studio in the heart of Willoughby.

Situated on the border with Chatswood, we are on your way to the Harbour Bridge if you are driving from Roseville, Lindfield, Killara or St. Ives. Our studio is the perfect place for you to stop on your way to work, for a great start to your day or on your way home after long hours sitting at your desk.

The Studio

Pilates Insight Studio is a boutique studio that offers personalised Pilates programs to condition your body from head to toe.

Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality instruction and encouragement to make your workout challenging and rewarding.

You will learn how to apply Pilates’ principles in your daily life, improving your dynamic stability whether you are playing your favourite sport, exercising in the gym or playing with your kids.
We offer one on one tuition and small group studio sessions, as well as specialty mat work classes. Our studio sessions are carefully tailored to meet individual needs and levels and have a rate of three participants for one instructor, to ensure you get plenty of attention and work with proper technique.

To get started you will need to book for an initial consultation where we will assess your posture, learn more about your goals, health and exercise history. You then go through an introductory workout where you will learn the fundamentals and principles of the method.

For an absolute beginner we recommend a minimum of 4 private sessions, to make sure you work correctly before joining a small group setting.

During the session you will need to wear comfortable clothes and clean socks. Please bring a towel.
