Who Are We?
Perfect Balance is a boutique fitness studio located on Sydney's Northern Beaches and offers personal training on Power Plate, the latest in fitness and weight loss technology. Our one-on-one sessions are individually customised to suit any level of fitness, ability, age or injury. We offer a select range of cardio equipment and other apparatus to give you a thorough and beneficial workout, all in a safe, friendly and fun environment.
Perfect Balance is Sydney's FIRST Authorised Power Plate® Training Centre. Power Plate® is one of the most exciting technological advances in the field of sports medicine, health & fitness.
