How Does Mums Squad Work?

In Mums Squad’s “Get Your Body Back" program expert trainers work from your level of fitness.

Groups are limited to 12. Our constant focus is on you engaging your core with good body alignment to strengthen your pelvic floor and your stability. Specialised exercises help you recover strength and shape in your stomach.

The aim is to help you use your body correctly to improve your fitness after having children.

Mums Squad sessions can start with walking through body-weight exercises before jogging with exercise circuits, resistance bands or medicine balls. Before you know it you're running, jumping and boxing with the best.

“Get Your Body Back” runs for 26 outdoor post-natal fitness sessions over 13 weeks. On average, that’s two hour-long sessions a week.

You book in two regular training times and locations. Your initial 13 week commitment is to come to all those sessions.

If you miss a session you can make it up at another location where there are child minding and training places available. You can even make-up sessions before you miss them. Great flexibility and our secret to your fitness results!
