Welcome to the Mullum Sari Fitness Centre in Mullumbimby! We would like to thank you for your interest and for taking the time to explore what we have to offer and how we can support you to live a more balanced, healthy and happy life.
Our Approach
At Mullum Sari Fitness Centre we supply all our members with an individual tailored solution for their health needs in regard to an exercise routine. We do this by taking the time assessing your health at the beginning of your journey with us. In the assessment we focus on a holistic approach implementing all necessary parameters to determine your current health status. Once we know the cause of dis-balance and/or your goals we can then improve your all over health and wellbeing by structuring the exercises around your individual considerations. All Mullum Sari staff are highly qualified professionals in their field of expertise and undergo ongoing education to ensure the highest level of service delivery.

Vision of the Mullum Sari Fitness Centre is to provide the Mullumbimby community with world class health, fitness and wellbeing services and facilities. We aim to provide a welcoming and professional atmosphere in which all members experience our hands on caring approach. Our goal is to provide fitness and wellbeing solutions for individuals, groups and community needs.
A Word from the Mullum Sari Fitness Centre Manager
I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Max Schlueter, I am originally from Germany were I gained my formal education. I hold a BA DIPL in Health, Fitness and Management as well as Cert 3/4 in Personal Training and other qualifications such as Back Care, Exercise and Pregnancy, Boxing Level 1 & 2, Spinning, Fitness Australia Rego and Senior First Aid. I have been working in the health & fitness industry for 8 years conducting group sessions, workshops, classes and managing various health care facilities and programs. I enjoy Personal Training, correcting posture, working on muscular dis-balances, implementing core dynamics, functional training and making people sweat! I am passionate about helping people make positive changes to their life. If you have any queries regarding our services and facilities, please never hesitate to contact us per phone, email or in person. Mullum Sari is located at 35 Burringbar Street, Mullumbimby. This is the main street in Mullum and you might know our building as the old ANZ Bank. Follow this link for a map of our location.

Using state-of-the-art biomedical European equipment, Non-Momentum exercise protocol provides the safest, most productive form of exercise.

The Vibration Platforms

Mullum Sari Classes
Tai Chi – Tai Chi is an integral part of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Tai Chi is an exercise art, a moving meditation, that provides for continual learning and advancement. There are no beginnings and no endings. As beautiful an experience to perform as it is beautiful to watch.
Pilates - Improve muscle control, flexibility, coordination and strength. The Pilates principles are based on the idea that by developing a stabilized core, the whole body can be balanced and aligned. Some of the many benefits of Pilates include a greater awareness of posture and improved stabilisation of the spine. Pilates may assist in preventing musculoskeletal injuries and safe rehabilitation of joint and spinal injuries.
FitBall - The ball provides an unstable base, allowing more than one muscle group to be active at any one time. The brain and muscles have to concentrate on balance as well as the exercise being performed so coordination and proprioception are developed simultaneously. Training proprioception will improve your balance and coordination.
Iyengar Yoga - Increase vitality, stamina, strength & flexibility; improve circulation, coordination and balance in body & mind! Iyengar Yoga places particular emphasis on correct physical alignment with the aid of various props such as ropes, chair, blocks, belts & horse trestler.
Boxercise - A fun and challenging workout routine that was developed for the Canadian National Boxing team and modified to give you a high powered exciting workout that works miracles for your health and fitness level.
ABT Vibe - This class is varied, upbeat and implement functional strength training with weight and non-weight baring exercise routines as well as Vibration Machine exercises.
