Fitness training is exercise and performed for different reasons and does include muscle strength, cardiovascular toning. Honing of athletic skills, weightloss and for overall enjoyment.

Frequent physical exercise boosts the immune system, it helps prevent heart disease, cardiovascular disese, type 2 diabetes and obesity. It also improves mental health and helps prevent depression. Childhood obesity is a growing global concern and physical exercise may help decrease the effects of childhood obesity in developed countries.

Fitness training can be solitary or in a group environment like a gym or fitness club. Home fitness relies on you to take the intiative, it can be relaxing as you are not pushed to compete with your fellow trainees. The onus though is on you to do what you you have to do to get fit and maintain discipline.

Team Effort and Problem Solving Skills are to be utilized to achieve the objective.

Mr and Mrs T Boot Camp offers challenging and rewarding workouts for anyone at any fitness level. Couch potato or elite athlete these workouts will work for you. We have encountered them all: unfit to overweight recruits; those with bad backs; some elderly and even pregnant ladies. Our programs are suited to all. We tailor to your individual needs.

Class activities will change constantly, helping you avoid the boredom burnout that people get from typical cardiovascular machines at the gym. Varied and fun workout activities keep you motivated and excited.
