Who Are We?

Merimbula Health & Fitness is a modern health club situated in the coastal tourist destination of Merimbula. Central to the surrounding townships of Bega, Tathra, Tura Beach, Pambula and Eden, we are located inside the Merimbula Imlay Bowling Club – the premier Sporting Club of the New South Wales Far South Coast.


With over $5m spent on renovations to the Club recently, the fitness centre has been a welcome addition. With state of the art equipment, a fully air-conditioned weights room, group exercise classes, shower and change room facilities and access to childminding, Merimbula Health & Fitness has all bases covered when it comes to helping you achieve your lifestyle goals.


Merimbula Health & Fitness originally started as a small personal training studio in Tura Beach over 6 years ago under the name of Picture of Health Fitness. With an increasing P.T. clientele, expansion into bigger premises was inevitable after only 3 years. We were then able to change our focus a little into a mini fitness centre, allowing for general memberships as well as group and personal training.


Now, with over 550 square meters of floor space, it allows us to provide everything that you would expect from a quality fitness centre. We will continue to provide a high level of customer service from our friendly staff, up to date training techniques and most of all - a relaxed environment.
