Lifestyle Fitness at Cremorne is a very private boutique personal training studio that really does bring personal back into personal training, as we are open exclusively for our clients. We have been open for 5 years and believe that what makes us successful is our clients success. Clients like the bright studio space and the experienced and dedicated personal trainers who make each session fun, different, and rewarding.

The studio is fully air conditioned, but it also has lots of natural light and fresh air. Lifestyle Fitness has a variety of equipment - weights machines, pin loaded and free weights, cardio machines, Pilates equipment, and kickboxing equipment.

We offer one on one personal training, buddy personal training, semi-private personal training, and boutique fitness classes - Ab Blaster Xpress, Fat Blaster Xpress, and Boxing and Kickboxing Xpress.

We are open exclusively for our clients. With no membership or joining fees you pay for only the workouts you do and no one uses the studio unless they are with a personal trainer. This means no spectators, gym junkies, and best of all no waits for equipment. You get maximum results in minimum time.
