We have experienced staff in weight loss, weight management, training programs, body building, toning, competing and nutritional advice. Personal training is available at competitive rates our experienced trainers are available with prior request. Bookings are essential.

Advice is on hand with regards to bodybuilding competitions as we have the past and present competitive bodybuilders. E.g. Mr. Australia, Mr.N.S.W.,Mr.SydneyMr.Southcoast.

Gym has a family feel about it, every body is happy to help one another be it just to offer a spot to a friend. We also hold a popular annual Christmas party so that we all can get to know each other better outside of the Gym. At our Christmas Party we also award our members for their hard training goals that are met throughout the year. Each member who attends the Christmas Party is automatically in the draw to win the “Lucky Door Prize”.
