Sweat+Tears is a group fitness boot camp based in Sydney’s Northern Beaches, in the Manly & Warringah area and the City, Sydney.
There are fitness boot camps, there are running squads, there is group exercise... but there is nothing quite like Sweat and Tears.
How does it work? You choose which mornings you want to train and how many times a week. Your fitness levels are tested and retested. You get a dynamic strength and cardio-based program and if thats not enough, we also give you help with advice on your nutrition and lifestyle.
Do you need Sweat and Tears Outdoor Group Training?
All the people who train with the Sweat and Tears boot camp have answered ’YES‘ to one or more of the following questions.

There are two ways to sign-up to Sweat+Tears group boot camp training; 12 or 4 week packages if you can commit to train week-in week-out or S+T session cards if you can't train every week.
Loyalty program
We have introduced a loyalty program that rewards you with points which you can then redeem against future Sweat + Tears boot camp packages and other fitness goodies.
Collect points
Loyalty points are awarded when you sign up to a 12 or 4 wk S+T package, purchase Session Cards, refer new signed-up clients, and for full attendance records.
Points How to get points
1 pt For every dollar spent on S+T packages and session cards
500 pts For each signed-up referral
Bonus pts For full attendance at any 12 week course
Spend points
Loyalty points are redeemable against any S+T course package at 10 points per dollar. Alternatively, you may choose to treat yourself to the following.
Points Reward
every 10 pts $1 off any S+T course package or session cards
300 pts Sweat+Tears shirt
800 pts Massage
1300 pts Personal training 1 hr session
2600–3500 pts* 2 nights at Magenta Shortes resort (The Entrance) *Seasonally dependant.
Loyalty Point Conditions
1. Points must be redeemed with a 24 month period from date awarded. If you need a points update at any time, please get in touch.
2. In order to redeem your loyalty points against a S+T package or session card, payment must be made prior to commencement of training (ie either before the course begins, or before sessions are used).
Don't worry If you've missed the start of a course, you can jump in any time, just give us a call and we'll work it out.
