Impressions is one of the Hawkesbury's only privately owned fitness centres with a huge range of Cardio and strength equipment as well as being importers of Dymatize, Labrada and BSN supplements.

Located in McGraths Hill behind McDonalds, Impressions is a family owned and run fitness centre.

Our gym, located behind McDonalds in McGraths Hill Business Park, is situated on two levels with an upstairs Cardio Theatre and Separate Weights area with over 50 pieces of equipment.

We also have a huge range of Technogym Cardio equipment including treadmills, cross trainers, steppers and bikes.

We also have a huge range of strength equipment including free weights and pin loaded equipment.
As well as that, we offer showers and change rooms a relaxing lounge area, and Foxtel entertainment in what is a friendly and comfortable atmosphere.
