HOT OR COLD

Its that time of year when we don't know if it will be hot or cold. So to prevent as much illness as possible, it is important to make sure you eat well and drink plenty of water, even if the day is a little cooler. It's also a good idea, to keep a dry shirt or jacket handy for after training, just in case. If you need help with your nutrition or just want a few tips on ways to manage yourself in the changing weather, please ask one of our friendly staff.
