Located in the western suburbs of Australia's most famous and popular city, Fight Rite is one of Sydney's most successful, Fitness, Boxing, Kickboxing and Martial Arts gym's.

Fight Rite is owned & operated by Rhett Junker. Rhett is one of Australia's most successful martial artists - he has been involved in martial arts and fitness for over 30 years.

Rhett spends most of his time running Fight Rite and Coaching. He is accredited as a 6th degree Black Belt instructor with the World Karate Association and as a Level 6 instructor with the World Kickboxing Association.

Fight Rite is the only gym in Sydney that has all of the following:

* Fully equipped training areas with punching bags, speed balls, floor to ceiling balls, wall mounted bags, weights equipment as well as a training ring.

Our instructors are not simply personal trainers teaching boxing as a fitness regime. Nor are they boxers or martial artists teaching fitness. Our instructors have competed in their chosen disciplines and know what they are teaching.

So not only are you getting fitter and stronger, but you're learning the correct technique to avoid injury.
