Here at Fitness Revolution we are committed to helping you reach your health and fitness goals whether it is attending a spin class, doing a pilates session, working out in the gym, having a personal training session, using our women’s only area or just relax in our Infrared Detox box .

Our plan is to improve your fitness levels but also help you feel better about yourself. You will soon feel at home in this warm approachable environment, getting to know the instructors, reception staff and personal trainers as they will direct you towards your health and fitness goals.
