Studio Pilates
For those wanting to push themselves a bit further and really see what Pilates can do for the body and the mind. Our current centre in Drummoyne has been established since 1995, actively delivering the benefits of Pilates to the Inner West. In November 2008, we moved to a new Drummoyne location with a much bigger and brighter space. In the studio, you can use a variety of specialised Pilates equipment, including the Reformer, Wunda Chair and Trapeze Table to work on your own individual routine, under the experienced eye of our fully qualified teachers. You will never be bored with over 2,000 individual exercises to learn.
What to Wear and Bring With You
Wear loose comfortable clothing that you can exercise in and clean, fresh socks. You may wish to bring a water bottle. We will supply all equipment, including mats and towels.
Babies Welcome Classes
During the times stated below, mothers can bring their babies with them whilst they work out. Babies must be restrained and Instructors are not able to settle or attend to babies .

Regulars Reward
Each time you purchase a further package of 20 or 30 classes before your current package expires, you receive a private class at mutually convenient times, for the cost of only one of your classes. That's a reward worth over $60.00! You will review your progress and goals and begin a new program designed for your current fitness levels.
PILATES EXERCISE PROGRAMS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
* Exercise classes are not transferable or refundable.
* The first class must be booked within two weeks from date of initial assessment. If longer than four weeks from initial assessment, a private class must be booked at a cost of $90 or by utilising three classes from the client’s package.
* If this is the first package and a client allows a gap of eight or more weeks between visits, we may request that they book in for another private class at a cost of $90 or by utilising three classes from the client’s existing package.
* The 5 class program is valid for a two month period from date of purchase,, the 10 class programs are valid for a four month period from the date of purchase and the 20 and 30 class programs are valid for a six month period from the date of purchase.
* If wanting to claim through their private health fund, it is the client’s responsibility to check what rebates are available for the services chosen and to comply with their fund’s requirements to qualify for rebates.
* If intending to claim classes through a private health fund, it is the client’s responsibility to check when making all appointments that there is a Physio on the floor for that class.
* If you need to reschedule or cancel a class for whatever reason including illness, please give us notice at least one working day prior to your scheduled appointment, otherwise the class will be charged to your account. Please understand that we often have clients on a wait list for classes and your advice of cancellation is much appreciated.
* In the event classes are unavailable due to events beyond the centre’s control, such as illness of staff, alternative classes will be offered and the period for which the package is valid will not be extended.
