History of Dural Squash & Fitness
Dural Squash opened in May 1977 with eight squash courts, gym, spa, sauna and meeting rooms. It was the first major squash centre in the Hills Area.

In 1980 it was expanded to twelve courts and additional aerobics and fitness rooms.

Ian and Ros Bell are owner operators. Ian has played squash for some time before opening Dural Squash & Fitness.

Community Relations
The first squash pennant teams were established in 1978 and have been running ever since. When the fitness industry became popular in the early 1980's the business was expanded to aerobics, Tae Kwon-Do, Yoga and Jazz Ballet classes.

For over thirty years Dural Squash & Fitness has supplied the Hills community with a variety of activities including: soccer, squash, racketball as well as weight watchers meetings. We provide a facility for school sport programs, church group meetings and sport activities. Something for all ages - from the young athlete out for fun and a hit, to fitness people, to groups wishing to have a place to meet.
