Pop the kids in the Juniors Room and then decide how energetic you really want to be. Maybe a leisurely swim in the heated indoor pool, spend some time in the sauna and steam room or join an Aqua Class. Or, if you really need a workout, the gymnasium offers free weights, a well equipped Cardiovascular room.
