About Us

Coffs Coast Health Club is the region’s leading fitness centre, run by the region’s most experienced team. We are all local trainers and instructors, dedicated to providing you with affordable health services in a comfortable and non-intimidating environment. We are also part of the Link Indoor Leisure Centre, which allows you the flexibility of working out, while your kids participate in gymnastics, trampolining & rock climbing.

Who can join?

Fitness and fun for everyone is our vision and we mean it. We cater for the experienced, inexperienced, singles, couples, students, parents and grandparents. If your goal involves better health, looking great or feeling fantastic, we can help you achieve it.

What about groups?

School groups, sporting teams, social clubs and corporates are all catered for in the club. Group discounts apply when two or more people are joining together and we can also arrange specialised classes, services and programs for your group. Simply call with your needs and we will make it happen for you.

What about childminding?

Childminding is provided every weekday between 9am – 11am & Saturdays between 7.15am - 10.15am. Classes are run during these times to coincide with childminding. The team are all qualified and experienced but the best part is that the kids get to use their very own adventure playground.
