BOXING It seems today more than ever we need an outlet for stress, strains & the pace of life. By combining the dynamics of boxing training (aerobic & anaerobic) with strength, endurance core stability & flexibility, overall fitness can be achieved in on e session. Feeling fit physically & mentally & enjoying the results of your workout is all the motivation you will need to get fit & stay fit.

FATBUSTER Low and high impact floor routines. Will promote fat loss, increase coordination and cardiovascular efficiency. LESS choreography more repetition.

BODYCOMBAT is an addictive mix of kick-boxing, tai chi, karate and self defence that will leave you feeling energised, strong and confident. For all fitness levels.

BODYPUMP is a non impact weight based class to music. It is the fastest way to tone and condition the major muscles of the body and is suitable for all fitness levels.

CIRCUIT increases your strength/endurance/fitness levels with this simple and effective class. Work your whole body with the use of different workout stations while working at your own pace. Be warned, you will SWEAT!

RPM An indoor cycling program that utilises jumps, sprints and resistance work within a 45min class. An instructor leads your mind and body on a journey incorporating heart rate training principles for the beset cardiovascular work. Suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. The ultimate ride! Ride the calorie killer!

20/20/20 A combo class consisting of 20 min step, 20 min boxing, and 20 min Ab’s Butts and Thighs.

PILATES utilises therabands and rollers to act as a resistance for body conditioning and control. This will strengthen and stretch your muscles to produce long, lean, flexible muscles. Benefits include improved flexibility and balance.

YOGA Enjoy the benefits of yoga through a variety or stretching and toning exercises, you’ll increase your energy level, relieve tension and promote deep relaxation.
