Castlereagh Aquatic & Fitness Centre offers some of the most advanced fitness equipment in our area. We provide only the finest exercise equipment and friendly attentive service in our luxurious fitness centre. Our goal is to provide a refreshingly positive workout experience and change the way people view a fitness centre or health club.

Our guests enjoy an energetic and enjoyable atmosphere in our modern and dynamic facility, while being treated with respect by our professional staff. Castlereagh Aquatic & Fitness provides the very latest fitness equipment, including treadmills, bikes, arc trainers and weights. We also house a 17 meter heated swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room.

Our group exercise timetable includes Boxing, Cycle, Pilates, Yoga, Tai Chi, Stretch and Strengthen, Circuit and Aqua Aerobics classes at times to suit all of our members.
