With over 130 clubs and a proud history spanning over 100 years we are delighted to welcome you to this website and hope you will find the details you are after.

Each club is an independent voluntary unit to which we supply the services of a teacher of our curriculum - a combination of exercise, aerobic warm-ups, basic ballet and jazz dance. The routines, performed to music, are changed annually.
Club office bearers are themselves participants or parents of the participants. Lessons are held once or twice weekly as determined by each club.
‘Physie’ is for ALL ages – from 4 years onward.
