Pilates Classes at West Pymble

Our fitness Pilates classes focus on using your core muscles to improve your posture whilst strengthening and stretching your body. Matwork classes are suitable for beginners to intermediate. Classes are small and friendly. Pilates can help you with:

* Greater strength and balance
* Stronger core control
* Improved flexibility
* Reduced risk of back pain or injury

Pilates classes are run on Monday Mornings at 9.15am and Tuesday evenings 7.30pm at West Pymble.
