Start the winter off well - get fit in a low impact fun way - join a B-toned Pilates class held at Club Willoughby. Buy 10 classes for a term and if you miss one, you can make up at any of the other classes on offer.

If the class times don't suit you - get together a few friends and a new class can be made to suit you. If you have a mother’s group - no problem we can make a class for you and one mother per week supervises the kids.

Classes suit men and women of all ages and unlike at a gym, you won't feel that you don't look the part to start!

If you have an existing injury it is wise to consult your doctor before attending pilates.

Just show up at the first class in comfortable clothes with a mat, towel and bottle of water. If you intend coming to Wednesday evening, please register first by email or phone, as this class gets full very quickly due to a smaller room.

About B-toned Pilates

Cathy Eaton is the owner-operator of B-Toned Pilates.

Cathy has been practising pilates for 9 years, instructing for 6 years. Cathy is a former athlete who found she could no longer run due to persistent knee pain and tried pilates as an alternate way to keep in shape.

Pilates has been an enormous benefit to maintaining a healthy lifestyle for Cathy and achieving a level of strength and flexibility that surpasses even what she achieved during her peak fitness as an athlete.

Cathy says “a session of pilates after a bad day just makes me feel better, it lifts my spirits as well as rejuvenating all the muscles, I would thoroughly recommend pilates as part of your fitness regime.”

Cathy is a trained primary school teacher and a fully certified pilates mat instructor.
