The training principles developed by Joseph Pilates have truly revolutionised all areas of physical training and rehabilitation. Many have borrowed from his philosophies and methods but nothing comes close to a personal programme developed and facilitated by an instructor trained in the New York method.

The Gratz name is synonymous with Pilates. Ever since the early seventies, Gratz has been intimately associated with the Pilates method; the first official manufacturer of Pilates equipment after Joseph himself.

Each piece is based, with great rigour, on Joseph Pilates’ original designs. This fact becomes important when you remember that precision and accuracy of movement is central to the Method; and that the equipment was designed and refined over a period of fifty years.

The quality of the Gratz equipment is immediately obvious to anyone who has used anything else. More importantly, the quality of the work itself is better and the results come much faster.
