ALIVE! offers the latest and top of the range electronic cardio equipment including treadmills, cross trainers, steppers, upright cycles and recumbent cycles. Our equipment feature user-defined programs and include heart rate readers to ensure you are achieving your goals.

GROUP FITNESS
Choreographed to music, this set of exercise classes boost physical fitness in an enjoyable and fun atmosphere.Our timetable includes freestyle classes as well as Body Training Solutions classes.
All our classes vary in intensity and duration, so ask at Member Services or check the timetable to view the level of difficulty.

RESISTANCE TRAINING
ALIVE! has selected the safest, most effective and most modern resistance training systems for our members. You will be impressed by the range and cleanliness of our equipment. We have chosen equipment to meet the needs of all our members including those who want to burn fat and tone, as well as those who want to add mass and build.

KIDS CORNER
Enjoy all the facilities ALIVE! has to offer safe in the knowledge that our experienced staff are caring for the needs of your children.

ALIVE CAFE(Alive! Narrabundah only)
Our Café offers healthy smoothies, juices, muffins, sandwiches and sushi plus of course delicious coffee.

PARKING
To ensure access to the club is quick and easy, ALIVE ! offers free car parks for members.

DISABLED ACCESS
ALIVE ! caters for disabled members by faciliting dedicated car spots, a ramp entry and dedicated toilet,shower and change room.
