All aspects of fitness are covered in the Gym area.
Resistance workouts are provided by a wide range of pin loaded equipment along with an extensive selection of free weights.
Heart fitness is covered with a selection of the latest of electronic cardio equipment including treadmills, Cross-Trainers, Rowers. Steppers and Cycles.
A separate area for flexibility and core strength is available and incorporates ab benches and Fitballs to maximize results.
Change rooms
Clean and well-maintained change room and shower facilities are available.
