Do you need to improve fitness, lose some weight and get your body into shape for life? Join this class combining strength, fitness, body toning, abdominal & lower back exercises and get into shape

Core Stability -Tummy Tightener, Back Strengt
Core stability utilises the principles of Pilates and incorporates the Swiss ball to prevent lower back pain, increase abdominal strength, provide general body toning and enhance flexibility. Great for people who have lower back problems and as a precursor to starting Pilates. Suitable for all ages & fitness levels.

Boxing for Fun & Fitness
Great for weight loss, body toning & most of all FUN. Power Punch is a boxing class that suits everyone. No experience needed, just a willingness to have FUN & GET FIT. Small class sizes, all ages and experience levels welcome.

Shoe Camp
"Not as tough as Boot Camp" - an easier boot camp program with a mixture of cardio machines and easier boot camp (outdoor) program

Let AMX health guide you in the right direction with small class numbers ensuring personal attention, highly qualified staff and a small fitness studio maintaining an exclusive and personal atmosphere. Suitable for individuals who have not exercised before or for an extended period.

Is for people with previous Pilates experience. This is the ultimate Pilates experience.

Weight Loss Management Program (WLMP)
This program is not necessarily a diet. It is a weight loss program which is not necessarily the same thing. The program simply aims to show you on a daily basis whether the life style you lead is going to lead to weight loss or not. By giving you immediate feed back you can decide whether you need to go on a diet, change your diet or stay with your current diet. No matter which diet or eating plan you follow none will be successful if the calories” in” exceeds the calories “out”. Once you come to this realization it is only a matter of adjusting your intake and output until you are in deficit and you will be loosing weight. The aim of the calorie counter is to let you know in real-time if you are doing this or not. You won’t need the scales to tell you.

There would be literally millions of books, articles and leaflets on diet all proclaiming to show you the “easy” way to loose weight. At the end of the day you will find although they may not say it in as many words they all come down to this formula: - calories “in” less than calories “out” equals weight loss.

The Vital Statistics calculator tells you exactly how many calories you need every day to lose, gain or maintain your ideal body weight.

This class will introduce first timers to working in the gym, doing exercises using the correct technique and starting to get fit.

Bum's, Tum's & Thighs
Bum's, Tum's & Thighs –This class will focuses on trimming down & toning up! It will consist of a low impact aerobic workout combined with matwork. The class targets toning problem areas bum's, tums & thighs and is an ideal intensity for burning body fat. A fun workout for all levels of fitness, minimum co-ordination required and it's easy on the joints.
