Everyone that gets started on a results based program receives a 1 hour fitness assessment and personalised program with a gym instructor. This covers cardio vascular exercises, strength and flexibility. Every 6 to 8 weeks a program review is scheduled to ensure you are working towards achieving your goals.

Support
Extensive support programs are in place to keep you motivated and attending the club. We have a number of support programs available depending on your individual needs.

Friendly Atmosphere
There is no better environment to exercise in than a place where the staff and fellow members know your name. 4 in 1 Fitness prides itself on outstanding customer service and providing the WOW factor every time you come in. 4 in 1 is a place where everybody is able to feel comfortable from the experienced exerciser through to the new mums or seniors getting back into exercise after some time.
