Trish Freeman established oxigen mind&bodyfitnessâ„¢ in Penrith over 15 years ago, now at Erina oxigen brings state of the art equipment and facilities in intimate surroundings for fitness enthusiasts of all ages. With an extensive range of gym equipment, cardio machines, personal training services, outdoor group fitness programs, RPM and cycle classes, pilates, pilates reformer, yoga, boxing, circuits, Les Mills and free style group fitness classes as well as kids programs there is something for everyone. Our mission is:
